Martha is a nature guide, forager, herbal-medicine and natural dye hobbyist, regenerative garden educator, wilderness trip leader, and certified California Naturalist. She has several years of experience in experiential outdoor education and is passionate about empowering youth and restoring the interconnectedness of human beings to their ecological communities through creative expression, deep nature connection, environmental education and stewardship. Currently, Martha facilitates school-based workshops that aim to prevent dating violence, cultivating tools for youth to maintain healthy relationships. She believes that creating resilient communities is crucial to restoring our connection to place.
