Talia is an LA born Xicana living in the Bay Area. She is an SF State alumni who has a passion for plant medicine, food justice/equity and sustainable farming practices. Since graduating in 2017 she has earned a certificate in Applied Agroecology and had the opportunity to intern at Alemany Farm in San Francisco while continuing to deepen her study of medicinal herbs. She is committed to creating a safe space for young people to explore their connection to the Earth, plant beings and themselves. Her goal is to facilitate creative projects that serve as an outlet of expression and healing for youth. In her freetime you can find her cuddling up with her animal companions, sipping on a cup of tea or shuffling a deck of tarot cards.
