Gaia Passages is thankful for and depends on the income that we receive from program tuition fees. Our program budgets include paying for staff, sites, insurance, and materials before the season even begins. Therefore, within 6 weeks of the program start date, we have already spent and allocated the program income.
All policies apply to folks who pay in full and to those who have opted for a payment plan.
ADDITIONS TO OUR POLICY BASED ON RECENT DEVELOPMENTS:
IF CHILD IS UNABLE TO ATTEND DUE TO COVID-19: Anyone who has been exposed to Covid-19 or is exhibiting symptoms within 2 weeks of a program is asked to not attend in person programs until a 2 week period has passed with no symptoms or other Covid contact. If you are unable to participate in a FULL program because of this (i.e. a week long summer camp) we will offer your family 80% credit for a future GP program within the next 2 years.
IF PROGRAM IS CANCELLED: If a program is cancelled to keep all safe, due to increased shelter-in-place regulations, in response to a wildfire, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule with all participants.
If circumstances do not allow for rescheduling to take place the following will occur:
We can only offer 80% refund because funds are spent before the program even begins on preparatory staff time, site fees, insurance, and supplies.
