REFUNDS

Explanation of our Refund Policy:

Gaia Passages depends on the income received from program tuition. Our program budgets include payment for staff, sites, insurance, and materials before the season even begins. Within 6 weeks of the program start date, we have already made commitments to spend the majority of program income.

OUR REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

• 6 weeks or more before program start date: Full Tuition is Returned (minus processing fee of $75 plus credit card fee)
• 2 to 6 weeks before program start date: 50% of Tuition is Returned (minus processing fee of $75 plus credit card fee)
• Less than 2 weeks before program start date or after program has already started: No Refunds are Available, however 80% of your payment can be rolled over to any Gaia Passages program within the next year.

Refund policies apply to all tuition tiers and payment plans. 

In the event of …

GAIA PASSAGES CANCELLATION: If the entire program is canceled, e.g. a week-long summer camp, we will either return 80% of your registration fee OR credit 80% of these funds towards a future program within 1 year of program date. 

(Note that we can only offer 80% refund because money is spent before the program begins on preparatory staff time, site fees, insurance, and supplies.)

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION: If participant is unable to attend individual sessions within a larger series, there will be no refunds or credits. If you are unable to participate in a FULL program (e.g. a week-long summer camp) we will offer your family 80% credit for a future GP program within the next 1 year.
